As a multimedia artist, my practice delves into the human experience with a focus on social and
environmental themes. I utilize a diverse range of media—including painting, video art, and art
installations—to create interactive and poetic narratives that actively engage viewers. My
exhibitions are designed to be participatory, encouraging dialogue and reflection on a spectrum of
social and cultural issues.

An example is "Strangers in the Room," an exhibition that explores experiences during the
pandemic and the widespread epidemic of loneliness. This project featured the sound installation
"Voices," which presented personal stories and emotional challenges shared by individuals. This
communal exchange enabled participants to form deep connections with both the exhibition's
themes and one another. Inspired by these interactions, I developed a graphic portrait series that
further investigates the emotional landscapes revealed through this work.

Another project is "Poetic Dialogue," which invited viewers to continue the poems of Western
Armenian poets—a language that is currently endangered. This project engaged participants in a
collaborative creative process, allowing them to interact with and contribute to the existing poetic
works. This engagement deepened their connection to the themes and narratives presented, while
also highlighting the cultural significance of preserving an endangered language.
